A Lifelong Learner
With over 18 years of experience in both education and professional development, I’ve cultivated a career that bridges K–12 instruction, corporate training, and adult learning. I hold a doctoral degree in education with a concentration in e-learning, alongside master degrees in English, reading, and completed degree requirements for a master degree in gifted education. My passion lies in creating engaging learning experiences. Whether I am teaching students, facilitating professional development workshops, or designing strategic training programs that build organizational capacity and elevate performance.
My work has spanned public and private schools, higher education settings, and corporate environments, where I’ve led large-scale onboarding initiatives, reimagined curriculum for diverse learners, and delivered dynamic training sessions aligned with adult learning principles. I specialize in executive functioning skills, instructional design, and the integration of technology to support learners of all ages—helping professionals and students alike strengthen skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving.
Beyond the classroom and professional development spaces, I am a creative at heart. I enjoy writing, singing, researching, walking in nature, and diving into arts and arts & craft projects, including making gift baskets and home décor/interior design. I bring that same creativity and warmth into my facilitation style, using humor, empathy, and clear communication to connect with every learner, whether they’re nine or ninety! On any given day, I am either launching a new learning module, leading a professional development session, or troubleshooting a tech mishap. Throughout it all, I bring insight, adaptability, and a deep commitment to growth to every role I invest my time and effort into. As a lifelong learner, I’m driven by the challenge of helping people succeed and always ready to learn alongside them. I look forward to assisting you in a similar capacity.
